The cushioning on this mat is just right for my knees during floor poses, and it grips the studio floor without any slipping. Rolling it up at the end of class takes two seconds, which I appreciate after a long session.

I’ve had cheaper mats that slide all over the place mid-flow, but the 1/4-inch cushion here grips the floor beautifully even when I’m getting sweaty. Rolling it back up for storage takes two seconds, and the texture feels sturdy without being rough on my knees.

The 1/4-inch thickness is just right—cushiony enough for my knees during lunges but I don't feel wobbly in balance poses. It rolls up tight and stays put, which is more than I can say for my last mat.
