I’ve been using this bar for heavy squats and bench press, and the knurling provides just enough grip without tearing up my hands. It handles the 300-pound sets I’m throwing at it with no wobble. Solid build for the price.

The knurling hits that sweet spot where it grips my hands during heavy squats but doesn't shred my palms like my old bar did. I've been rotating between bench and power cleans with it and the spin is smooth enough for both.

Deadlifts finally feel locked in with this bar — the knurling grips my hands without shredding them, and the sleeves spin smooth on power cleans. I've put it through squats and bench too and it hasn't budged, feels way sturdier than the cheap bar it replaced.
