Ki 指壓墊與枕頭套組

The linen cover feels nice and breathable against my skin, and the pressure points really help loosen up my tight shoulders after a long day. I use the pillow under my neck while lying on the mat, and it’s surprisingly comfortable for how intense the spikes feel at first.

Twenty minutes on this thing after work and my shoulders actually let go. The linen cover feels way nicer against bare skin than the cheap cotton one I used before, and the pillow hits that spot at the base of my neck perfectly.

I was skeptical about the spikes at first, but twenty minutes on the linen mat before bed has become my favorite wind-down ritual. The pillow is the real surprise though, it cradles my neck just right while the mat loosens up my shoulders.
